Placing an Order

Ordering from OlliN Sword Design LLC couldn’t be easier! When you find the product that you would like to order, the next step is to download the order form. The order form is available in two different formats a web print-friendly and PDF.

Choose an Order Form
The Web Form is a web page that is styled like our order form. It cannot be filled out online and is intended to be printed, filled out, and mailed.	The PDF Form requires that you have Adobe Reader (version 4.0 or higher) to view this file. Then either print out the form and fill it in by hand or edit the PDF.

Once your form is completed, please chose of the following:

1. Email your completed form as an attachment to: orders@ollinsworddesign.com or
2. Call 608-469-1191 or

3. Mail completed form to:

If you email or mail your order form, an OlliN Sword Design Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order to confirm the information on your order form, product, availability, shipping, deposit, and total cost of your order. OlliN Sword Design LLC requires a deposit for all orders and pricing will be give at the time the order is placed. Deposits are non-refundable.

Specfics About Orders
*Payment* Payments can be made by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card.
	*Checks/Money Orders* Please make checks payable to OlliN Sword Design LLC in US funds drawn on a US bank. This is a $45 processing fee for all returned checks.
	*PayPal* All PayPal orders should be sent to the following email: orders@ollinsworddesign.com. Please indicate in the comment field the product number you are ordering and include the email address that you sent your payment through.
	*Credit Card* OlliN accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card only. Credit cards must include card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, and signature. Please send your completed order form either as an attachment or mail it to the address below. It is not recommended to send credit card numbers in the text of an email.

Payment Plans
OlliN Sword Design wants to work with you! If you don't have the full amount for your purchase, that's ok! OlliN can custom make a payment plan specific to your situation. Contact us by email or by phone (orders@ollinsworddesign.com or 608-469-1191) to set a payment plan that works for you! Generally deposits are required. For all orders, product is not shipped until final payment is received.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling prices for domestic and international orders will be determined at the time of order based on current domestic and international rates. For shipping cost contact orders@ollinsworddesign.com or 608-469-1191.

Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our concern. If you are not happy with your OlliN Sword Design LLC creation, please contact us by email or by phone (orders@ollinsworddesign.com or 608-469-1191). Each return or refund is considered on an individual bases. OlliN Sword Design LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate coarse of action to be taken based on the circumstance surrounding the return. Returns or refunds will not be issues for products that where damaged is a result of misuse by the customer.

Data Privacy Policy
All data and order information collected at OlliN Sword Design LLC is kept confidential and NOT sold or redistributed to other companies. Email addresses may be used by OlliN Sword Design to contact current and/or former customers about news and updates. Anyone may be removed the mailing lists at anytime by contacting us at info@ollinsworddesign.com and requesting removal.

Legal Notice

By ordering from OlliN Sword Design LLC, you declare that you are of legal age and are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your possession of edged weapons or arms. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding the possession, concealment, and use of any item or items purchased from OlliN Sword Design LLC. Consult your local and state laws before ordering. All creations are intended for display. Any use other then display is at owner’s own risk. Under no circumstances shall Ollin Sword Design LLC be held liable for the misuse of any of their products, which result in special, direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential injury, damages, or death. OlliN Sword Design LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without stated reason. Updates and revisions to these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
